studio rules

STUDIO RULES + POLICIES

Reservations are required. Our studio is small and can only accommodate maximum of 5 students. Please email to coordinate a private wheel, hand-building or customized workshop.

You are required to wear a mask and sanitize when you visit us.

Students and staff will be required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth upon arrival to the studio for either a class or pick up/purchase. You must wear a medical grade mask during your class.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on small businesses, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for classes if you are unable to attend at you designated class. Please make sure you only register/book if you are comfortable with this policy.

If you are sick, please let us know and would be best if you stay at home. Please clean up your wheel and/or workspace should be left as it was when you arrived.

Payment is required when booking. If you have a gift card and would like to use it towards studio offerings, please email botpotschristchurch@gmail.com to redeem.

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the designated time.
